Precautions for use
- The product is made of Silver 925 (Sterling Silver) and silver is very soft metal so care must be taken for scratches and shocks.
- The discoloration of silver products is caused by sulfur in the air, sweat, moisture, dust nicotine, perfume, cosmetics, etc., so be careful.
- Metal products are vulnerable to moisture, so please refrain from wearing them when exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping.
- In rare cases, an allergic reaction may occur depending on the individual. If you have an allergic reaction, please stop wearing it.
Silver 925 Care
- When storing after wearing it, wipe the surface lightly with a soft cloth or "Polishing cloth" and keep it in a jewelry case to prevent discoloration by blocking air contact.
- When decontaminating the product, wipe it with water and a very soft brush or a "Polishing cloth"
(Using a separate cleaner causes discoloration of the product.)
Return/Exchange/Refund
General Policy
Products are customized through a handcrafted process after payment, so returns are not accepted except in cases of product defects. We are not responsible for replacement, return, or damage compensation for products damaged due to consumer negligence or for items whose warranty period has expired. If repair is possible, separate repair costs will apply.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to our error.
Return/Exchange Request
Requests for return or exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Any unilateral requests that have not been discussed with us may be canceled. In principle, service requests should be made via email, and after applying, the service will proceed following consultation with the customer.
Warranty Requirement
The warranty must be attached when requesting a repair, exchange, or refund.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Return/Exchange Possible If
There is an error on the seller’s part (such as receiving a product with the wrong color, size, etc.).
- Return/Exchange Not Possible If
Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, cancellation for a simple change of mind during the production process is not allowed.
Incorrect size orders cannot be exchanged or returned, so please check carefully before ordering.
Slight differences between product photos and the actual product, due to the nature of handmade items, are not grounds for return.
The product is lost or damaged due to consumer negligence (except in cases where the packaging is damaged solely to verify the contents).
The product’s value has significantly decreased due to consumer use.
The value of the product has decreased over time.
The product was custom-made according to the consumer's specific requirements.
