A: Our products are crafted from Sterling Silver (Silver 925), a soft metal that requires care to avoid scratches and impacts. Additionally, exposure to sulfur in the air, sweat, moisture, dust, nicotine, perfume, and cosmetics can cause discoloration, so please handle with care. It’s best to avoid wearing the jewelry while exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping.
Q: Could an allergic reaction occur?
A: Although rare, some individuals may experience an allergic reaction. If you notice any symptoms of an allergy, please discontinue use immediately.
Q: How should I care for Silver 925 jewelry?
A: After wearing, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or a "Polishing Cloth" and store it in a jewelry case to minimize exposure to air and prevent discoloration.
Q: Are there any special precautions for cleaning the product?
A: Ape Object products undergo an oxidation process to achieve their unique finish. Please only use a "Polishing Cloth" for maintenance. Avoid using any other cleaners, as they may cause discoloration or stains on the product.
Q: Can I request a product repair?
A: Ape Object provides a product repair service. For defects covered by warranty, the warranty period is one year from the date listed on the certificate of authenticity. However, for damages caused by customer negligence, round-trip shipping fees and certain repair costs will apply. After assessing the item’s condition, we will inform you of the repair feasibility and exact costs.

Exchange and Return
Q: What is your exchange and return policy?
General Policy: Products are customized through a handcrafted process after payment, so returns are not accepted except in cases of product defects. We are not responsible for replacement, return, or damage compensation for products damaged due to consumer negligence or for items whose warranty period has expired. If repair is possible, separate repair costs will apply.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to our error.
Return/Exchange Request: Requests for return or exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Any unilateral requests that have not been discussed with us may be canceled. In principle, service requests should be made via email, and after applying, the service will proceed following consultation with the customer.
Warranty Requirement: The warranty must be attached when requesting a repair, exchange, or refund.

- The product’s value has significantly decreased due to use by the consumer.
- The value of the product has naturally decreased over time.
